In this website you will find information on how to eat healthy. Below there is a link I that will lead you to a survey that will test your knowledge on eating healthy, when you finish the learning module, you would be asked to take the same survey.
After you take the first survey, please return to this website and start by clicking the Nutrients and Your Body Tab located above the swimming fishes display. When you finish with that tab then click on the next tab to the right named Estimate Daily Caloric Requirement and then continue with the rest of the tabs.
In the last tab is the link location of the posttest survey, please complete this before you leave this website.
On at least 3 days after you finish the post test you will receive an email containing the retention check survey. Please complete this as soon as possible.
